Usage data: like most websites we collect basic analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type) to understand how the site is used and improve it. This is collected through Google Analytics.
Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address and request times for security and performance.
To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes or bookings.

To understand and improve how the website performs.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to you. Analytics are processed on the basis of consent or legitimate interest depending on your settings.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site: a hosting platform (to serve the website), Supabase and Resend (to securely receive and email contact-form submissions), and Google Analytics (for anonymous usage statistics). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
The site uses analytics cookies/identifiers to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work without them.
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond to and manage your request, and to keep records of work carried out. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email diggityglover@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
